今日早上要去 QEH 做產前評估, 主要係抽血同比姑娘問 history, 11:00 嘅 appointment 要等到 13:15 已經好慶, 自己身為 HA staff 都極到不滿咁不滯嘅 service, 最後 13:30 完, 再怱怱去 Canteen 買個飯盒便打的返公司, 因為 lunch 時間只到 14:00

正當我好 rush 咁扒 d 飯入口時, 我那個經常面黑黑嘅 boss send 來 email
"When is your appointment? Is there any attendance certificate?"

雖然姑娘一向都唔會比 attendance cert 比 HA staff, 但謹慎嘅我每次都會要求院方寫一張比我, 免得被人 challenge

咁我急急腳咁用 9 秒 9 食完盒飯便入房面聖, 點知 "到診紙" 仲未夠, 問我幾點 appt? 點解 appt 前唔見人, 嘩!!! 咩人嚟嫁 !!! 我平日09:30 返工, 由公司去 QEH 要花 45 min ( mini-bus -> MTR -> mini-bus ) 唔通我同你搭的士呀 !!! 又要 15min 前到 clinic, 咪要 10:00 離開公司, 無理由咁白癡嘛 !!! 佢竟然話睇醫生用咗半日, 唔 justify, 要我 apply sick leave, 我妖你老味呀 !!!

我係 HA 13 年, 以前兩個 boss 都唔會要求用 sick leave 頂 medical appointment, 你有冇病呀 !!! 仲話我有 180 日 sick leave, 唔怕請, CHIU !!! 你有錢會唔會豪比我呀 !?

跟住我話比佢知我 pregnant, 佢冇恭喜問候不特止, 仲 black face, 妖!! 你夠係女人囉，你都可以有呢個福利, 只要搵返個男人, 嫁人生仔咪得 lor, 唔駛成日哩係公司做到三更半夜咁可憐啦, 你下次唔好再對住我喊話點慘點慘!!!

佢條友仲叫我比已知嘅 upcoming medical appt 比佢, 然後兩個鐘頭之後, send 了 email 來

As discussed, please follow these procedures for medical appointment.


Prior to medical appointment


1. Arrange to schedule medical appointment early or late in the morning/afternoon session.
HA Staff Clinic opening hours are 8:15-13:00, 14:00-17:00


2. Seek SM(IS1)’s prior approval of time-off for medical appointment


3. Upon approval,

a) Update Team Calendar to reflect your time-off for medical appointment:
on MA @hh:mm
e.g. SM - MA @08:15

b) Notify team by email the day before about your time-off for medical appointment
will attend medical appointment on ( ) and come back to office @ .
e.g. makwy88 will attend medical appointment on 3-Nov-09 (Tue) 08:30 and come back to office @09:30.


4. You are required to take sick leave in lieu if point 5 cannot be fulfilled.


On appointment date


5. Report work before and/or after a medical appointment.


6. Get a attendance certificate from the clinic as a proof of your attendance


7. Report your time of arriving office and return the attendance certificate to SM(IS1).

嘩 !!! 駛唔駛呀 !!! d schedule 係醫院安排, 你估我想幾時就幾時, low b chai !!!

Questions:

3b) it is hard to know the time of office return, e.g. this am, I wait from 11:00-13:30 for my appt.

5) To report work before appt, if 09:15 or 14:30 appt, I am afraid it’s impossible to do this.

講真, 我真係火都嚟, 成日做 d 細微細眼野, e.g. 捉人遲到, 七點前走, etc. 呢 d 招數係用嚟對付 d 工人, d 唔係控制自己, 冇 discipline 嘅人, 所以發明咗 "打咭" 制度, 但我哋係 project based, 只要 meet 到 target, meet 到 schedule 就得 la, 攪 d 咁嘅野只會破壞大家嘅 relations 同 trust, 唔駛旨意 d 兄弟會同你仆心仆命趕 project !!!
