Miss XXX is a responsible system analyst in the team and always can finish the assigned tasks within tight schedule. She also provides assistance to the ePR and DW production support to ensure smooth operation of the production environment. She is responsible for some external interfaces this year with government bodies and she can manage the projects well despite the fast changing user requirements and limited resources. In coming year, she will be given more opportunities to supervise junior staff and liaise with different users to build up the leadership and communication skills. Overall, she has proved herself an effective team member leader.
